Dale Rodgers - Owner/President Dale entered the retail window and door division for Padgett in 1990 with a desire to service customers by offering a complete and professional window and door showplace. Fourteen years later, he and his wife, Dena, purchased the business. His career in windows started as a draftsman for Kawneer in Harrisonburg, Virginia. In 1982, he moved to Frederick, Maryland to assume the role as project manager for a commercial curtain wall company. Then, in the spring of 1990, Dale and his family moved back to Harrisonburg to assume the position of draftsman, estimator, and project manager for Padgett Mfg, and thus the process began for what is now PWD Window & Door, Inc. |

Dena Rodgers - Owner/Accounting Dena gained her experience as an administrative/accounting assistant for a commercial curtain wall company in Frederick, Maryland In addition to her role as mother of two, Dena has served on several private school boards, has coordinated the exterior and interior decorating projects for a private Christian school in Harrisonburg, and has coordinated many fundraising events. With both children reaching the early adult age, it has proven to be a good time for Dena to join the PWD team in her administrative and accounting role. You'll notice her special gift of interior decorating the moment you walk into the PWD showroom. |

Sean Alumbaugh - General Manager Sean launched his career with Padgett as a millwork fabrication assistant in 1994. He became a part of the window division by delivering products and performing service work. He gained experience with customer service, window and door repair, as well as product knowledge. After a short time with another organization, Sean returned to Padgett as an outside sales professional. His customer base grew rapidly, and it was obvious he found his niche. One of Sean's greatest attributes is his ability to troubleshoot and resolve situations quickly, while holding the customer's best interest at heart. In May 2004 he was named General Manager and is now responsible for sales management, installation, service, delivery, and scheduling. |

Terry Sager - Outside Sales Terry, a native of northern Rockingham County, currently lives in Bridgewater with his wife and daughter. Holding fifteen years of construction experience, including his self-employment under S & S Home Improvement as well as work for RR Donnely, and Coors, Terry now represents PWD through sales, installation, and the service of remodeling products. Outside of the workplace, Terry has given many volunteer hours in the gulf coast for Katrina relief with the UMC. |

Adam Gilkeson - Sales / Installation Adam is a Bridgewater native who graduated from Turner Ashby High School. He got a solid start with his career in construction working for Terry at S & S Home Improvements. Adam’s youth coupled with his energy and hunger to learn makes him an integral part of PWD’s installation team. Like many of the Valley’s local residents Adam is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Paul
Schultz - Installer Paul is a native of Rockingham County who graduated from Turner Ashby High School. Before coming to PWD, Paul worked in commercial construction renovation. He also has experience working at a local cabinet shop. His professional experience as well as his strong work ethic make him a special part of our team. When not working, Paul enjoys camping and fishing. |

Annie, Lilly & Lucy - Greeters Annie, our department leader (1996-2008) had years of training, experience and a lovely nature. Lilly, our white princess, has followed in (and around) Annie’s footsteps with her welcoming sparkle. Lucy, the youngest on the team, brings her sweet personality and the trademark black of the Turner Ashby Knights. Count on being friends for life with Lilly and Lucy and PWD. Those who remember Annie, will miss her always |
